No. We do not sell, share or rent attendee contact information. Anyone offering to sell you an h+h americas attendee list is not affiliated with the show. See Beware of Scams.

I need a visa letter of invitation. How do I request one?

Complete your event registration first, then email [email protected] with the following so we can prepare an accurate letter:

  • Whether you are attending as an exhibitor or a visitor
  • Country, company, first and last name
  • Business address, passport number, date of birth
  • Telephone and email
  • The city and address of the nearest US consulate in your country

Please allow time before the show to complete visa formalities. Koelnmesse cannot accept liability if a visa application is denied or granted too late.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. Reliant Park publishes a full accessibility guide covering parking, entrances, elevators, restrooms, service animals and assistive services. We have summarised the parts that matter most for our show on the Accessibility page.

Exhibiting.

What is included with my booth space?

Inline, corner and perimeter booths: gray booth carpet, 8 ft high pipe and drape on the back and side walls, and a 7 in x 44 in booth ID sign with your company name and booth number.

Peninsula and end-cap booths: gray booth carpet, 8 ft high pipe and drape back wall, and a booth ID sign.

Island booths: gray booth carpet only. Island booths do not come with drape or an ID sign; both can be ordered from the general services contractor.

Every exhibitor also gets a directory and hall plan listing and free lead scanning. Full detail is on the Exhibit page.

Can I have hardwall instead of pipe and drape?

Yes. Turnkey hardwall booth packages are available as an add-on, and there are furniture packages if you would rather not ship your own. Options and rates are in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Is electricity included with my booth?

No. Electricity is not part of the booth package and is ordered separately through the Exhibitor Service Manual for an additional fee. Pavilion packages include a shared basic power connection.

Do I need insurance, and who should be listed as additional insured?

Yes. Exhibitors are required to carry liability insurance with a minimum of $1,000,000 and to list Koelnmesse Inc., 8770 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Suite 1300, Chicago, IL 60631 as additional insured. Keep a certificate of insurance available on site; show management may request it. This requirement is also covered in the terms and conditions you signed with your booth contract.

Can I set up my own booth?

Yes, provided the people doing the work are full-time employees of the exhibiting company. If you are using an exhibitor appointed contractor or outside booth builder, you must submit the Exhibitor Appointed Contractor form and the contractor's certificate of insurance in advance. Both are in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Can I start breaking down before the show closes?

No. Under the exhibition terms and conditions, no part of an exhibit may be dismantled or removed before the show closes at 3:00 PM on Friday, October 2. This protects the experience for buyers still walking the floor on Friday afternoon.

Can my staff leave the booth unattended?

Your booth must be staffed by at least one representative for the duration of show hours.

Will my booth and products be secure?

Show management provides perimeter security during installation, show days and dismantling. Beyond that, neither show management nor the facility is responsible for exhibitor property. Secure your valuables and do not leave items in the booth overnight.

Can I hang a sign over my booth?

Hanging signs are available for peninsula and island booths only, to a maximum height of 16 ft from the top of the sign to the floor. All hanging signs must be approved in writing by show management in advance.

How can I keep my exhibiting costs down?

  • Order early. Advance pricing on furnishings, electrical and internet is meaningfully cheaper than on-site rates.
  • Consolidate shipments. Material handling is charged per shipment, so one delivery beats three.
  • Hand-carry what you reasonably can, within the venue's guidelines.
  • Pallet and shrink-wrap boxes together so they are processed as a single shipment.
  • Schedule labor during straight-time hours to avoid overtime rates.

Where do I find the Exhibitor Service Manual?

On the Exhibitor Service Manual page. It carries freight and material handling rates, order forms, deadlines, and the general services contractor's contact details.

Are there sponsorship and promotional opportunities?

Yes, and categories do sell out. See Sponsorship for packages and rates, and Exhibitor Graphics for free promotional artwork you can use straight away.

Someone called offering to book my hotel room. Are they official?

No. Koelnmesse Inc. and h+h americas have not contracted any outside company to confirm, book or modify hotel accommodation for this show. Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, Reliant Park has paid parking across several lots. Rates and lot access vary by event, so check the venue's current parking information close to show dates. Accessible parking detail is on our Accessibility page.
