Exhibitor Bulletins.

Exhibitor Bulletins are the newsletters we send to exhibiting account contacts through the run-up to the show. Each one carries the deadlines that are about to bite, the marketing opportunities still open, and anything that has changed since the last bulletin. This page is the archive, so if one lands in a spam folder or reaches only one person at your company, you can catch up here.

The Archive

Fall Edition 2026 Bulletins.

About the registration links. Some bulletins include a registration link that is unique to your company, for badging your booth staff, for inviting your customers free of charge, or for updating your company profile. Those links only work in the copy that was emailed to you, so they will not appear on the archived versions below. If you cannot find yours, email [email protected] and Courtney will resend it.

How It Works

Making Sure You Get Them.

Check who is on your record

Bulletins go to the contacts held against your exhibitor record. That is often only the person who signed the contract, which is not always the person setting up the booth or running your marketing.

If your logistics lead, marketing manager or booth staff should also be receiving them, email [email protected] and ask to have them added.

Not receiving them?

Check your spam folder first, then add our sending domain to your safe senders list. Trade show mail is filtered aggressively by a lot of corporate mail systems.

If they are still not arriving, email [email protected] and we will confirm which addresses are on your record.
