Everything you need to plan your booth for h+h americas Fall Edition 2026 at Reliant Center (formerly NRG Center) in Houston, Texas. Below you'll find the exhibitor show schedule, on-site meeting guidelines, and the order forms for electrical, internet, catering, and insurance. More forms and deadlines will be added here as exhibitor onboarding continues.

Exhibitor Move-In

Monday	September 28	12:00 PM – 6:00 PM	Exhibitor move-in
Tuesday	September 29	8:00 AM – 5:00 PM	Exhibitor move-in
Wednesday	September 30	8:00 AM – 1:00 PM	All booths must be fully set up and all freight moved out by 1:00 PM. Finishing touches can continue until 3:00 PM.

Exhibitor Move-Out
